St Helens, Oregon
Of all the locations featured in our Twilight Tour, St Helen’s, Oregon, debts for the most important number of scenes. The first stop is Bella’s Forks Domestic at 184 S Sixth St, St Helens, OR 97051. Turn right onto Columbia Blvd and journey 1 mile. Then flip right at the sixth avenue. Don’t be fooled by the ‘No Outlet’ signal – Bella’s domestic is up to the street, closing domestic at the left. The domestic was shot substantially within the movie for internal and exterior footage. The sequel ‘New Moon’ additionally functions the house. It is a non-public residence, and the owners lose their privacy but are open to outdoor pictures.
The subsequent stop is a visit to Larry Gibson, proprietor of a nearby Deli and resident Twilight expert. Larry enjoys sharing the know-how of locations to look at in St. Helens. What can be even higher, Larry is a biker from way back and currently rides a pristine black 1990 Heritage Softail Classic. That’s Larry’s status by his motorcycle in front of Geppetto’s. Larry has ridden since he was 12 and owned a 1965 Harley Davidson Panhead with mouse lure snatch and Girder front stop.
To the right of Larry’s Deli is the alleyway where Bella becomes accompanied by a collection of unsavory young men. At the top of the alleyway to the right is the car parking zone where Edward rescued Bella. The scene is one of the most dramatic, with a vampirish twist. In this example, instead of the hero driving in on a white stallion to rescue the damsel in distress, Edward, a vampire, rides in a Volvo and saves Bella. I was hoping Edward would do something more competitive with the bad men. In the film, the event occurred in Port Angeles, WA.
